For US Citizens, US Nationals, Lawful Residents and Immigrants
If you are fully vaccinated with an accepted COVID-19 vaccine, you will need an acceptable proof of vaccination to be eligible for the 3-day test window, and a negative viral test no more than 3 days before boarding a flight to the US. You must also complete and sign an attestation (Section 1).
If you are not vaccinated with an accepted COVID-19 vaccine, you will need a negative viral test no more than 1 day before boarding a flight to the US. You must also complete and sign an attestation (Section 1).
For non-US Citizens and non-Immigrants
If you are fully vaccinated with an accepted COVID-19 vaccine, you will need an acceptable proof of vaccination, and a negative viral test no more than 3 days before boarding a flight to the US. You must also complete and sign an attestation (Section 1 & 2).
If you are not vaccinated with an accepted COVID-19 vaccine, you cannot board a flight to the US (unless you a meet the criteria for an exception).
N.B. All air passengers to the United States will also be required to provide contact information to airlines within 72 hours before boarding a flight to the United States
